my husband is taking himalaya spemen tablets as he has a low sperm morphology, we underwent artificial insemination twice and invitro frtilization once but had negetive results..what is the best method to increase his morphology i:e his sperm dies very soon...

I really appreciate your concern let me tell you that as long as the low sperm count is concern there is no specific medicine available which gives the promising result but of course this could gives the placebo effect for sure, some time exercise could gives good results and this is worth trying, take care and have a nice day.
