How To Increase Weight ? Can Extra Skin At The Tip Of Penis Cause A Problem?

my son 2yrs 3months old is very weak. his wt is 10.6Kg.Often he suffered from anal itching and getting loose motion. what shal i do to increase his weight? he keeps fingers at the mouth always.
He has extra skins at the tip of his penis, but the hole is clear and he go for urine normally.will it make any infection in future?

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM.
Your history suggests that he is suffering from threadworms .
Ivermectin is the drug of choice.
personal hygiene is more important.
If other members have this problem all the family members to be treated simultaneously.
Once deworming is done he will pick up weight spontaneously.
Extra penile skin is of no concern if it is not obstructing the urine flow.
if the skin is not retracting back over the glans, circumcision has to be done.
