How To Increase Weight In Case Of Worms In Stool?

hi this is nandini from bangalore india well my question is my son is 1 year 2 months he is not putting on his weight nd 3 days before i found some worms in his stool what can i do for this and how to improve his weight he is just 7.50 k g plz help me regarding this

Thanks for the query.
For worms you can give him syp. albendazole 200mg 5ml at night repeat after 15 days.
For weight gain you can give him home made foods like cereals, egg, smashed potato, khichdi, upma, shira with added butter and sugar.
Don't give junk foods like chips, biscuits, toast.
Also reduce the milk intake so that he will have room for eating.
