In terms of your weight, you can increase weight by increasing the calories that you take daily with your food or drink and decreasing the energy that your body loses. This would mean: (1) increasing the portion sizes of your meals (2)increasing the frequency of your meals by using high calorie snacks between meals (3)adding condiments to meals to increase calorie value eg oils, butter, dressing (4)decreasing activity that would cause excess energy loss eg aerobic exercise, fidgeting
