Hello, first of all you'll need to visit your doctor to check for potential disease because the weight you mentioned is very very low. You are not supposed to weigh that low unless you are starving all the time. You should definitely check your thyroid hormones among other organs. If everything is OK with your health, you can start a gradual physical activity and after your body gets used to it, you can try some weights (always gradually). Pumping up your muscles would require exercises of near-maximal intensity which means a higher than 80% of maximum muscle power which will allow for 7-8 repetitions. Do not start exercising with maximal intensity until your body seems to be accustomed to milder forms of exercise. You should eat enough calories each day, so that you're not hungry and eat healthy!
