How To Interpret Ultra Sonography Result?

single fetus is seen in cephalic presentation with placenta is posterior and gestation is determined by fetalmeasurementis 33.5 weeks ,while clinical gestation is 31.5 weeks . heart rate nis normal. Is it obnormal or it some time hapen ? hira age 26 years hight 5 feet 4 inches wt is 65 kg.

I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.
According to Ultrasound report
There is single fetus with head presentation (means head side down which a normal presentation),
Gestation age is 33.5 weeks and by dates it should be 31.5 weeks.
It is a normal ultrasound report,do not worry about gestational age there is always (+,-) margin of 1-2 weeks.
So it is a normal scan.
- Take your vitamins regularly.
- Take healthy balanced diet.
- Go for regular check ups.
