How To Keep Blood Sugar Level Under Control?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Hello my, sister is 77 years old and is diabetic, she is also quite frail looking, her doctor told her to take ensure plus but she is worried about tthe sugar content but the doctor did not seem to be concerned about it even though she has been having trouble maintaining her blood sugar even on the prescribed tablet. Sorry I cannot give you much more information, but as a close family we worry about her. What do you suggest?. Thank you. Carmen

Kindly send her fasting and postprandial sugar results from which we can get to a conclusion to change her medications or not.if her sugar levels are not controlled by medications we can switch over to insulin.
