How To Keep The Blood Sugar In Control?

Dear Doctor,iam at the age of 40, i am suffering with sugar since last five years. i go walking for 20minutes almost everyday and iam checknh the sugar level montjly once.but everytime fasting sugar is 115-120 and post sugar will be normal. please advise am i in control or not. also please advice shall i intake paratha

dear user, your fasting is impaired. you must take early dinner, say befor 7 p.m. walk after meals, and avoid high carb , high cal food all the time. focus on weight loss, increase your exercise to 45 min a day. recheck after 2 weeks and let me know. regards!
