Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. With a very early pregnancy, the products are very small in quantity and resemble a blood clot. Thus it is difficult to differentiate. If you have self-medicated to induce the abortion, I would ask you to immediately see a gynecologist for proper examination. You need a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route to look for any retained products of conception and ensure completion of the process. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
