Hello dear,i understand your concern. In my opinion according to the scan report given to you it can tell if any dominant follicle which us ready to emulate is present or not.Usually in every menstrual cycle a group of follicles are recruited but only a single follicle becomes dominant leading to ovulation and only that can be seen in ultrasound. This is seen around ovulation time ie.,14 days prior to expected period.Intercourse around this time increases chances of pregnancy.
