How To Know Whether Infant Is Hurt By His Neck Or Head?

Hi I was feeding my baby his2.5 weeks old. A huge insect flew by and my reflex actionmy hand supporting my baby let go and my baby jolted but I grabbed him with my other hand. Just really scared about sbs or whetheri hurt his head or neck.how would I know. He did not cry and continued drinking amd is now sleeping pls help
