How To Lighten Dark Upper Lips?
My skin above upper lip got black because I scrubbed a lot that it got swelled and black wound got appeared after 5hours.now its 10years after that incident and my skin doesn t turn to normal colour.kindly provide a solution for this. I tried many solutions but my face becoming fair but my upper lip skin remain same, looks more weird as black skin appears clearly.

You seem to have developed Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation(PIH) because of vigorous scrubbing and resultant inflammation.
If I was the treating doctor I wold have asked you to us a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propioante 0.05% cream, twice daily at this site for a few days.
Topical steroids are prescription products and therefore I would suggest that you talk with your doctor for the needful.
