Hi, I would not suggest taking Leptos. A cursory look at the side effects should be enough to deter you. I would suggest doing it the natural way with calculated calorie intake, sufficient cardio and enough rest. It might take longer than the pharmaceutical way but the results will also last longer, would be more fulfilling, and also lead to a healthy change in lifestyle. If against all of these you still want to try sibutramine please consult a physician in person. Hope you see reason in my advice. All the best
