How To Lower Heart Rate Which Is Always Around 101 To 110?

I need to lower my heart rate inorder to domate plazma I am 5 5 weigh 157 and am 27. I always run about 101 to 110 please help. Ive tried breathing exercises and other things I have read on. Is there anything over the counter I can take to help me out

Dear sir

Heart rate above 80 -90 beats minute is called tachycardia

It increases the stress on the heart, so that there will be more chances of myocardial ischemia, that is decreased blood supply to the heart.

Secondly resting heart rate should be below 80 beats per minute. so advised to start a cardioselective betablockers at night times like atenolol, metaprolol
