my friend is of 27yrs old male. he is of near about 80kg weight. he is having sedentary life style. he likes to eat sweets a lot. he looks little fatty. he wants to have control over his diet and want to maintain his health . for this what he should do???
He should eat healthy and avoid too much sugar from sweets and cold drinks. If he has sugar cravings then instead of gorging on sweets which have alot of fat and sugars, he can have a piece of fruit. Suggest him to satisfy his cravings for sweets by choosing fruit salads, fruit custards often and limit intake of sweets. He must try to burn calories by exercising or being physically active throughout the day. Being active will help in maintaining his health and allow him to have an occasional sweet treat as well.
