If i were your treating doctor i would suggest you to follow the following instructions for normal and better
thyroid functioning.
1. Take
synthroid regularly, keep
TSH levels with in normal range.
2. Have a healthy and balanced diet
3. Avoid
iodine rich foods like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,
4. Include more vegetables, pulses, beans, green leafy vegetables.
5.drink plenty of water
6. Get regular physical activities like walking, running swimming for 45minutes , add strength training to it.
7. Avoid fat rich foods, junk foods, sweets, sugars.
