How To Maintain Good Prenatal Health?
am thinking of a good prenatal med to take my previous pregnancy i took centrum at the first month and had to stop then started taking again at almost the 6th month cos i was so sick and was throwing up too much but when i started taking prefera ob i was not trowing up any more but luckily my baby came very healthy. Am pregnant again one month gone should i still keep to prefera ob is it good enough?
