hello

thank you for trusting HCM

Dear you mentioned both fissure and fistula in your history ,tell me exactly what you have??

cremaffine syrp also have its own side-effects,so don't use for long term. I think upto 1-2weeks it is safe.take high fiber diet, avoid spicy food and alcohol, regular exercise. use diltiazem gel perirectal application. it will relieve spasm
and promote fast healing.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.

take care
