How To Make The Testicles Bigger?

My left testicle is about the size of a broad bean, the right testicle is the size of a pea. the right size is starting to give me pain, and both are getting smaller. How can I stop the shrinking and make them a little more bigger? I am sick of people (including nurses) making fun of me.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i must assure you, not to worry about what others remark.
Your problem is genuine and of concern. You've not mentioned your age.
How're nurses seeing your testis.? Are you in hospital.?
You need to get your male hormones checked, after an examination by an Urologist. The hormones are FSH,LH,PRL,testosterone,and get an ultrasound doppler scan of the scrotum.
Once these reports are available,the doctor will advise you properly.
You may send the reports to me for an expert opinion,as a direct question.
