I checked my blood glucose and in the morning before breakfast it was 97 mg/dl and 2 hrs after dinner was 149 mg/dl..do i need to go for insulin shots or is the diet modification working for me??...please suggest me the best possible way to avoid insulin injections.
Diet modification and weight reduction are good method for glucose intolerance. If you can add exercise in it, it will further benefit. If even after that your blood sugar remain high than oral tablets are also available. Insulin is last resort.
