How To Manage Severe Anger Towards Mother And Brother?
hello sir...I am a 21 years old girl..my problem is i always get angry and yell at family members especially my mom and brother all the time..The thing is that i started hating them.My mom always supports my brother which makes me to hate her.I feel like she doesn t like me.This makes me to cry all the time.I am very much depressed.Even I had OCD 2 years before and now I am cured.I always keep things in mind.I shout at my mother or brother for the things they did or said years before, eventhough they are good to me now.I am helpless being not understood by anybody.
Dear you have this insight that your brother and mother are your well wishers, this is a very good and aspect of the problem you are facing. This also implies your positive feelings for them but the only thing is your past that some how still hovers around you and doesn't allow you to accept your relations completely. Please don't feel helpless and don't cry even, best is talk to your mother about the problem openly and she will definitely support you to boost your confidence. Past is always past, don't let it overpower your present and enjoy the wonderful relations you have......take care n good bye
