How To Manage Weight After Quitting Meth Use After Prolonged Use?
how to prevent weight gain after quitting 13 years of meth use. I have not officially quit but I AM doing it. I have progressively gained weight through out the years of my use. I know it is because my body has adapted to it. I notice my eating habits are WAY out of control while using. I have a small frame but my eating habits have brought me to 155 at 5'2".
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. Your problem is the weight controle, and reduction. Quiting meth is not concerned with the problem. Avoid taking fatty foods, excess of oils, junk foods, and in between foods. Take the fresh juice of palatable vegetables one glass two times a day. Reduce the sleeping time by 1 or 2 hours,in the night, and stop sleeping in the daytime. Practice yoga, meditation, and morning walk with out any break. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
