Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi I want to monitor my cervics to know when I'm ovulating but I can't find it. I can feel a big spongyy lump on my left hand wall? Is that it. Also after sex it feels as tho my husbands sperm comes straight out of me. Is that normal? I get the same problem after having a bath!

no need to monitor cervix fr ovulation. .if u want u can monitor cervical mucus......when u keep sex..sperm goes inside but seminal fluid comes out....nothing to wry fr dat...u can monitor ovulation by body temperature. ..usg is d best to know whether u ovulated n u can keep relationship
