How To Normalize Cretinine And Blood Urea Levels?

Hello sir,I an Daulat Kumar Rajbanshi,nepal .My dad is 80 years old.Two months ago,he was too weak having cretinine 12 and blood urea 22.At that time,I was unable to make dialasis.He has been taking medicines and now its come to 1.4 (rcretinine ).He is getting improvement in his health like self-walking,interest on food etc.What are the precautions along with food stuffs are to be taken to gain normal range of cretinine and blood urea?

Short answer lowering of salt lake intake will keep his creatinine in a safer level.
Detailed answer I advice him to give a salt restricted diet.
The creatinine levels now is not very high and his urea is OK
So diet with salt restrictions along with the medications and frequent monitoring of his blood pressure levels is enough now
