Please type your query here...29 years old having performance anxiety fears w/ wife. happened a couple of times before isolated. this has been going on for 2 months. relationship is in jeopardy. no insurance to see a doctor. For this you may consult a clinical psychologist to start on cognitive behavior therapy to regain your confidence. If your anxiety is generalized then you may consider consulting a psychiatrist and start on anti anxiety medications. All the best.
