Sir, please help me, I know its playing with carrier but still helpless. What can I do now? Thank and Regards, Pavan
You lost your job and developed symptoms of depression. You have started avoiding interviews because of depression. As these depressive symptoms are causing significant blow to your personal and occupational life I would advise your to consult a psychiatrist for expert opinion and treatment. As depression occurred following losing the job so as per my opinion Psychological treatment alone may prove useful in your case.
Cognitive therapy along with Relaxation Exercises will help you to gain the lost confidence. This will also result in reducing depressive symptoms. Visit a psychologist for help. If symptoms persist even after that then consult a psychiatrist.
Medicines like SSRIs as Escitalopram, Sertraline etc should help you in depression. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs.
Thanks, hope this helps you
