my name is Yousuf and iwas suffering from night falls from last week and my age 17 and i m doing hand practice from last 3 days and my weight is 53kg....will u please tell me how to get rid from hand practice and night falls and how to gain weight? because i m skinny!

To masturbate or to get night emission at the age of adolescence is natural and normal. It is the excessive and habitual masturbation that is harmful to health in the long run.

Excessive and frequent habitual masturbation does affect quality of erection and delays ejaculation.

Please try to reduce the frequency of masturbation by keeping yourself busy in activities like sports, reading, social work, etcetera so that you will not get free time to masturbate.

Have high protein diet and do regular exercise to increase your weight.
