How To Overcome Headache Followed By Ear Pain And Numbness Around Cheek And Nose?

Hi I am 58 and had headaches starting in July. At times the pain is on top of my head, other times in the temple, and I have ear pain, numbness aroud cheek and nose. I have balance issues, and losts of ear ringing. I also drop things quite easily, and half walked into walls lately. I am really scared. I thought it was sinus, went to ENT who as supposed to refer me to a neurologis, and it hasn't happened yet, My pain is getting worse.

Hi,

According to information provided by you, pain seems to be due to some nerve problem(trigeminal neuralgia). Common analgesics will be of no use in this case. A proper clinical examination with some investigations will find out the cause. I usually prescribe pregabalin with vit B12 to my patients will similar problem and pain. After accessing the limit of disease medical or surgical cure will be decided. However surgery is advised only after medical treatment is not responding.
