hi i am sanwal from pakistan...will you please help me i am suffering from serious problom from last few days. i smoked hash a few days before alomost 10 days ago. now my head is effected. i can not concentrate on things properly and i have not a proper control over my senses like that what i am speaking and listening. please me doctor

It looks like you are suffering from anxiety, as using hash only once (if I understood you correctly) will not cause such effects, especially after 10 days.
I would recommend a visit to a psychiatrist and seek advice.
