Hello dear, After going through your history, I believe you have some genuine concern and I will try to help you out of this situation.
If you are convinced that the nose problem is due to dry air, then the sores should be inside the nasal cavity. The bleeding sores are due to rupture of superficial blood vessels inside the nose with dryness and breach in the lining epithelium of the nose.
So our aim should be keeping the nose moist and not letting any breach in the lining epithelium of nose. In my OPD i advise in situations like youto have irrigation of saline into nose thrice a day. You can use saline that comes as IV fluid with a syringe or you can usesaline spray reaily available in market ( PHYSIOMER/SOLSPREE/AQWET).
In addition to it you can use gel containing ALOEVERA to get you sores healed fast. Also you can use MUPIROCIN OINTMENT which is antibacterial and best suitable for nose.
I hope I could solve your query. Please do not hesitate to clarify more doubts for the same situation.
Thank you for the way you are in my life. Dr Ipsit Panda
