How To Overcome The Dark Spots Occurring In The Base Of The Hair?
I m a teenaged male who has dark spots on my arms. All these dots form at the base of the hair on my arms. These dots are present from my hands to almost my shoulder, but this stops a few centimeters before my shoulder blade curves. They are all only on the back surface, nothing on the front. The same thing does not happen on my legs or anywhere else on my body. These are painless, but a few bulge, so it gives my skin a spotted, rough feel (especially behind the elbow to near the shoulder). I m getting fairer now, and so the spots become more noticeable than before. I love my lightening skin tone - I can reach the Japanese pale skin, I believe, but the spots are a cosmetic irritation.
Hyperpigmented dots like eruptions on arms making skin rough and black may be keratosis pilaris.
Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
I would recommend you to apply keratolytic oint like salicylic acid oint at night and alovera containing cream in morning. Take a long course of cap vitamin A and E.
Hope this helps.
