Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Sincerely you are not depressed. You are distressed or dissatisfied. Everyone goes through this type of situation once or many times in their life. The event is sorrowful, and people cry. Natural. Cry over and over again. Again natural. Loss sleep. Natural. Feels low spirited and without appetite. Natural. After following the pattern for a week or so, everyone becomes normal. They become normal not because the got the girlfriend back. Because they realize that "they can't be like that ever".

You will also REALIZE. Could go for some counseling.

Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
