How To Overcome The Headache, Swelling And Bruising, Lumps And Black Eye Caused Due To Punching On Left Eye?

Hi, I got punched in the left eye over a week ago, since then I've had a black eye, the swelling and bruising has gone, but I'm having slight headaches behind my eye and I have two lumps under the skin, one near the left temple and one on the eyebrow bone, they hurt if touched. Any ideas ?

Hello,
It seems from the history that you had a punching injury to the left eye following which you are having black eye, swelling and bruising...
These can be treated symptomatically by cold compression by using ice packs and use of antinflammatory and analgesic drugs.
If they are painful to touch, you required to get an X RAY of head to rule out fracture of the underlying bone and need consultation with your doctor.

Thank you
