How To Overcome The Itching, Burning And Pain During Urination?

Hello,I have been to a clinic and a hospital and have tried several prescriptions and have a had a few tests done but nothing is helping.Im swollen down there and was itching,burning and had some pain during urination.My problem is the swelling is not going away or getting any better and my tounge is a light whitish red coler with like skin tags or something under it now that i just noticed and they was not there before.Please help im scared.

Hi.
Do u any vaginal discharge. May be u have urinary tract infection or Pelvic inflammatory disease or sexually transmitted disease. Get urine routine and culture and Ultrasound KUB.
If infection is there treat it with culture sensitive antibiotics. If any whitish, curdy discharge take antifungals like Fluconazole. Also take B complex twice daily in view of lesions on tongue.
If anything significant found on ultrasound, like PID or stone, needs treatment accordingly.
