So my boyfriend just came back from being out of town for a week we've been having sex like crazy and during foreplay he was aggressively rubbing my clitoris and it was dry and painful but I didn't say anything afterwards it hurt really bad and felt swollen tonight again we have sex twice my clitoris is not sensitive in a feel good way it still hurt so I decided to take a look and it's swollen there in now like a bump under the hood and it's really red it's never been there before help please!

Hi, Clitoris is a very delicate area of vagina,being richly supplied with nerves/ blood capillaries. Being roughly handled, it must have been swollen,rupturing few of the capillaries & sensetising the nerves. For relief you need to- Give rest to the part. Avoid the trauma in future. Keep it clean. wash with warm water, Put antibiotic /anti fungal ( in case of itching) ointment. Consume anti inflammatory pain relievent pill like ibuprophen. Consult a gynecologist for local examination if no relief in 4 days. Thanks.
