Our newborn baby (who is now 3 months old) is terrified of his father. His father only has to look at him for him to burst into hysterics. He cries so hard that he turns purple and sobs so hard he can hardly breath. Only I (his mother) can calm him down again. This puts a lot of pressure on the family and our relationship. What can we do to make this better?
Hi, Thanks for asking. I can understand your concerns. I would suggest you allow the father to do other things for the baby like changing her or putting her to sleep. Initially you can do the main thing and let the father help you. Then let the father do the main thing and you help him. In this way you may be able to develop trust for the father of the baby. I hope I have helped you Thank you
