How To Pop Or Un Pop Ears?
Hi, I have looked online for many answers to how to pop or unpop my ears. I have been sick for the past for days so I think that s why I am having this problem. Everything sounds muffled and I have tried everything that I have found on taking care of this.

please dont try to unpop your ears as you may spread the infection to your ear and this can cause a lot of pain!
please take steam inhalation 4-5 times a day and take medicines for the cold. that will help
