My mother is 54...she still has periods..but in the last two times..the period was late for one week...if the period will come on it's normal date..she'll get it on the 21st..if it's postponed then it will come on the 27th...now my question is: she needs her period to be over by the 27th for travel purposes..what should she take? She is hypertensive and asthmatic..and she had removed ovarian polyps twice before..the last time being almost 4 years ago..She was prescribed Primolut nor..and the doctor told her to start tomorrow and that by taking it she'll get her period on the 21st which is ok for her. Another one suggested that she should take Steronate Nor for 10 days before her period time and continue taking it for as long as she wishes the period to be postponed.What should she do?
