How To Predict The Ovulation Period?

Iam waiting to become a pregnent for last two months..... plz suggest me the best time of intercourse... my menstrual date is 3rd.... And i have doubt... sex before mensus time may preventing my pregnent..??? When to stop intercourse to get ptegnency????

Hello dear, I really appreciate your concern. To predict day of ovulation you simply have to deduct 14 from the total duration of your menstrual cycle. Ypu should have regular intercourse throughout the cycle. You can increase frequency of intercourse during 2 days before ovulation day and 2 days after it.
