How To Prevent From Getting Cancer?
Hi! I am Iraqi I live in Iraq you know that there are lots of cancer cases my brother died of cancer how can I protect myself and my family from this disease please help me we don't have good doctors because they go away from the country because of wars. I am 40 .

Prevention is complex and there is no some single advice. there are many tumors which are genetically dependent and if you had it in your family you should be more caotious about signs and symotoms. also tthere are preventional tests for colon and prostate cancers so you should consult your doctor about it. other measures are changing dietary and lifestyle habits.
