Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The sweating due to helmet wear stimulates dandruff production in many cases. The lining of the helmet has a sponge which causes the compact tightness. I suggest trimming your hair short. Secondly, make sure your scalp is clean at all times. If you have dandruff, then use scalp shampoo 3-4 times in a week. Leave it on wet scalp for 7-8 mins then wash it off.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Smruti Pevekar
