How To Prevent My Eyes From Stinging And Watering?
my eyes always start stinging and watering in the wind and also in the evening or when I am cooking. I wear glasses and contacts but it happens whatever I'm wearing, is there any to prevent this from happening? I am 25 and have been wearing glasses since I was 16 but this has only started happening recently

it can be dry eye induced by constant wearing of contact lens, or allergic conjunctivitis. ensure that you remove your contact lens at bed time. use refresh tear eye drop after removing and before having contact lens. take levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily. cromal eye drop may be applied 3times daily. mantainhygine of face and contact lens maintenance.
