How To Prevent Nausea And Vomiting Caused Due To Methotrexate Injection?
Hi my 13 yr old daughter is due to start methotrexate by injection very soon, her biggest fear is the nausea and vomiting which they have told her will probably occur, I was just wondering if there is anything we can do to prevent this as I know she will struggle with this, and also if it happens in the night I have nobody to speak to as it will be out of working hours?

Nausea and vomiting may not occur if he takes injection on empty stomach.
He may take some antiemetic like Domperidone or ondencetron half an our before taking injection.
