Hi I'm a 26 year old female my height is 5"9 I weigh 8 stone 9 I am healthy don't take any medication apart from the pop pill I always struggled to keep my weight on as I am doing now once iv lost a few pounds there is no chance of me putting it back on I only put on weight when I'm pregnant I gave birth 8 months ago and lost my baby weight in a few weeks I'm just scared of loosing any more I eat a wide range of food including chicken eggs veg all dairy and pastas so I was wondering if I am under weight for my height and how can I keep my weight on without a battle thank you for all answers
BMI is body mass index and it looks at the weight for height.Normal BMI is 18.5 to 24.9 but your BMI is 17.9.
To increase your weight, you would need to increase your calorie intake by increasing portion sizes, frequency of meals and adding condiments to increase calorie value.
