I understand your concern.
Masturbation is a healthy and normal physiological phenomenon. Excess practice is not recommended.
When practiced properly, it doesn't cause any harm like physical weakness, urinary problem,
premature ejaculation, decrease in sexual performance or
fertility.
It is all there in you and with will power, you can decrease the frequency gradually.
Usually, doing it once a week or thrice a month should be alright.
You can get engaged in other activities, physical activities and
meditation to get diversion from masturbation.
