Hello,

You are 21 year old and want to reach orgasm during sexual intercourse. Before penetrative sex, foreplay is very important. You should be in happy, seductive mood before sex. Don't get tensed, just relax, let go stress / anxiety, and try positions that allow your partner to go deep and fast. Clitoral stimulation aids to get orgasm, five minutes of pretty fast and deep penetrations help to achieve orgasm after foreplay.

The most intense orgasms come from a combination of penetration and clitoral stimulation (best in doggie-style or cowgirl positions). Allow your partner to lift your legs up on his shoulders so that he can go much deeper than he had before. The faster and deeper he goes the quicker you will get orgasm. Get clitoral stimulation, press your body harder against him to get full blown orgasm via penetration. Its about stimulation and hitting the right spot at the right time. Cervical orgasms are deeper and may take time. Tell your partner to stop if you feel pain. Always perform protective sex.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
