How To Recover Early Form Thyroid Problem?

I am 36 year Old women my report of thyroid was t3 - 23.83 t4 -4.80 & tsh 46.26 My weight is 55kg and my height is 5.3. My TSH result is 46.26. My doctor has advised me to take thyronorm 100 mcg (empty stomach) Please let me advise how to recover as early as from tyhroid & please suggest diet on these problem

Hi welcome to HMC, thank you for posting your query. I advise you to take tablets every day. Once tsh levels comes to normal range, all the symptoms will be resolved.
Weight loss is possible with healthy diet and regular exercises. Avoid iron rich foods like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli. Drink 3 litres water.
