hi,
my problem is i am over 6 foot tall and was always very thin, but in the last year i have put on a big belly. this happened after i gave up smoking, i walk about 3 miles a day and stays away from grills chrisps and other rubbish.
what could cause this and how can i fix it??

I can only suggest that for reducing belly fat you need that type of exercise like circuit training doing 3 days in a week for 20 minutes ,it has multiple exercise, if you under 45 yrs and don't have any health issues .it is effective exercise to reduce belly fat,which helps to reduce belly fat. Brisk walking only helps to reduce over all weight at some extent. And need to lifestyle modification and also follow healthy diet. Consult Dietitian.
