How To Reduce Cholesterol And High BP?

I have high BP, borderline BS (between 100-120), high cholesterol, and I m obese. For one month, I ve been taking 3 BP meds: Losartin Potassium(100mg), Amlodipine(2.5mg), and (the newest) Spironolactone(5mg). I m just wondering if I should be taking all those BP meds together because I feel like a zombie - sleepy and fatigued without any initiative or motivation to exercise or do anything. I feel weak. I also take Liothyronine(5mcg) for hypothyroidism and Metformin for slightly elevated BS. After meals, my BP pressure drops below 110/60 at the same time my HR rate increases to around 100. It takes about 2hrs for my BP & HR to normalize (like 115/75). My doctor wants me to keep taking Crestor, and I feel so over-medicated. I am scared.

Well come to HCM
Your blood pressure might not be under control with single drug therapy so why you have been given combination of drugs you can divide the dose of these drug no need to take this together, here your history is not enough to advise you in this regards (Your age and gender is missing ) so it is advisable to have a words with your physician beside the medicines, you can go for aerobic exercise, have low calorie diet, cut down salt, else nothing to worry about this, have a nice day.
