How To Reduce Elevated ALp Upto 195 And Ggt - Upto 118 In A Person With Diabetes And Fatty Liver?

I have type 1 diabetes hba1c is 7.9 I have fatty liver although I am slim my main problem for past 3 years is elevated Alp and ggt alp range from 137 to 195 and ggt from 50 to 118 my gp feels its from my diabetes and fatty liver I also have cholesterol of 5.8 but have high hdl I am extrely anxious person
